Josh was extremely helpful in the process. We walked in without an appointment and within 2 hours we were given a tour of several units and walked through the application process. He was able to answer or find all of the answers to our questions very quickly and made the whole process comfortable and enjoyable. Thanks Josh!

My experience with this property & specifically, with Josh in the leasing office has been excellent! Josh was able to help me tremendously with selecting a great apartment (with a view) & provided every bit of assistance needed throughout the process of touring & signing my lease.

I was in property management for almost 10 years in addition to owning multiple businesses over the last 20 years and let me tell you... Josh at Hana Apartments is a rare find! Not only is he kind, friendly and welcoming but he has incredible work ethics and is extremely smart! Ethan is super fantastic as well! Guess who makes the leasing consultant of the year in my book.. Josh Abarca!!! Here at Hannah apartments, he serves not just the building but the people who live here as well. Always trying to do the above and beyond. And I would know, saved me from a catastrophic disability experience. Always there to be reasonable when right continuously, reminding me about rent and had to keep it paid.\nAn issue , some of us tend to have guilty here , but he helps it by going love and beyond and having no trouble with reminding me and I know that I'm not the only one. Which is why I say above and beyond an demployee Leasing Consultant of the year 2026 and 2025 too!!!

I didnât end up moving in because of personal reasons but Josh was my leasing agent and he was super helpful! Took me through all the units available in my budget and even went back twice when I wasnât sure. Super easy and seamless experience

I recently moved into Hana Apartments, and overall, it has been a really positive experience. The move-in process was smooth and well-organized, which made what is usually a stressful time feel much more manageable. A big part of that was thanks to Ramos Joshimer, the leasing officer who assisted me throughout the process. He was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood each step, and followed up to ensure everything was going well even after I moved in. That level of attention and care made a noticeable difference. The apartment itself was clean and ready on time,. So far, everything has met my expectations, and Iâm happy with my decision to move here.

I was experiencing a homeless issue for about a week and toured with Josh a day after being homeless. From the start he was very respectful and helpful during the hard time I was going through and worked very hard to push my MFTE program application through in about 2-3 days which usually takes up to 2 weeks to complete. I was moved in less then a week after applying and the whole staff has been nothing but nice and kind and helpful in every way. Josh is a fantastic leasing agent and I highly recommend this complex if your looking for a place to move into.

The place is perfect for a daily city walker. The apartments are very spacious, and the location is perfect if you work downtown. Moving in was so easy thanks to Josh. He was very helpful and polite. Very attentive and reassuring. Which is something you want in a leasing worker in your building. 5 stars for Hana and Josh!

My experience here has been great.. The application process was smooth and easy. The apartments are very nice and new. Iâll note I like the big windows and high ceilings, the sound proofing is very good. Josh at the front office has been very welcoming and amazing Starting from the virtual housing tour, easy to talk with.. requesting maintenance, or ask any questions. Feel like I made the right choice and happy to have moved here.. The roof space is also incredible and the view is absolutely stunning. The units are also clean and well-maintained..

Having the staff work in the same building is so helpful. Josh has been such a gem helping me with my questions and showing me multiple places. New tenant here and I am happy how quick to help the staff is, makes it feel like a community.

Had a great experience with the leasing office overall but specifically Josh who helped me with paperwork and navigating the process to become a tenant in a space that suits me and my pet perfectly. They have a newish owner and great staff who are really great, so I am weary of these scathing extreme reviews that are the opposite of my experience. No office staff can control over 100 tenants, but they are responsive and the common places are kept clean. When I have seen things in the hallways they are promptly cleaned up or fixed. The maintenance is on site and really responsive and helpful as well.

Love my space and amazing view of the city. It's great to see the fireworks every time the Seahawks and Mariners win from my window. Thanks to Josh in the office. He has been so respectful, caring, understanding and very quick to respond to any questions and concerns I have had. When my friend apply to take a tour of apartments Josh took in all the details that she wanted in her new place. He was able to show her the apartments that fit her style in what she wanted. Josh made sure that he communicated every step that was taken with her so that she could get the apartment she loved. He has taken really good care of me and my friend. It's great to have someone in the office who actually communicates with tenants truthfully.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience staying at Hana Apartments all because of Josh, who kindly accommodated us in. If youâre looking for a place to stay in downtown Seattle and close to the waterfront, I highly recommend Hana Apartments because of Josh!!!

This review is just for my touring experience with Isabelle. She was very informative and such a sweet lady! She guided my partner and I throughtout the apartment complex and showed us other alternative rooms that shares the same view of the unit that weâre going to lease but unavailable atm. We enjoyed our conversations with Isabelle and greatly appreciate her kindred spirit!

First off, the lease representatives here are incredibly respectful and professional. Each time we contacted with a team member, they were pleasant and promptly returned our messages. Tay gave us the chance to virtually tour with her, and she was incredibly sincere and patient with all of our inquiries. Although it appeared larger in the virtual world than it actually was, the unit was same in person. The bedrooms had plenty of light, and it was peaceful and roomy. That is a treasure and something that is uncommon in this area. Surprisingly, despite being directly off the freeway, we didn't hear any traffic. Beautiful home considering where it is!

Did not lease here but leasing was friendly and organized. The property manager, Kevin took his time with me despite looking busy coming off from lunch to help me. He explained patiently on what the affordable housing application process was like and gave me a tour of the property. I grew up in this area and this apartment is local to nearly everything. Great first impression, and definitely worth a visit!

First off, the leasing agents here are very professional and respectful. Each time we communicated with a team member they were delightful and responded back in a timely manner. We had the opportunity to virtually tour with Tay who was very genuine and answered all of our questions throughout the tour. We were worried the unit looked larger virtually but it was everything it was in person. It was spacious, quiet and offered a lot of sunlight in the bedrooms. That is something not common in this area & is a treasure! It is located right off of the freeway, surprisingly we didnât hear any traffic. Gorgeous property for its location!!

Very very nice apartment complex. I applied for apartment there and hopefully I'll be approved the staff is very very accommodating I do like on top where you have the roof that overlooks the whole city. There's Washington dryers on each floor the one bedroom is very very accommodating, and there seems to be enough room for closets and the kitchen. Essentially located near the bus and train as well as downtown and the hospital.
